Flange insulation kits

The standard kit consists of:

  • One sealing gasket, fabricated from PTFE material, 3 mm thickness, for isolating and sealing between the two flanges of the joint
  • Same number as the number of bolts – isolating adapter sleeve for isolating between the bolts and the flanges’ material, fabricated from PTFE material
  • Double number of bolts (2 pieces for each bolt) – isolating washer for isolating between the flanges and epoxy fiber glass manufactured nuts, 2 mm thickness
  • Double number of bolts (2 for each bolt) – metal washer

Upon request, we can manufacture other isolating and sealing materials (with or without rubber rings)
